Six Priorities. One Clear Record.
This scorecard connects every strategic priority with a dated reference point, a measurable first-cycle milestone, an outcome to verify, and the partner responsible for reporting. The milestones are recommended actions measured from work-program authorization; they are not claims that implementation has already begun.
Priority-by-Priority Performance
Public baselines describe the region. The milestones below come from the CEDS action program. SNMEDD and local sponsors will publish verified delivery results after establishing a dated reporting cycle. Until then, these are planned measures and milestones, not completed results.
Economic Diversification and Business Growth

What a Reported Status Means
Each quarterly entry pairs a milestone with evidence, an owner, a date, and a next step. Status describes delivery against that milestone, not the entire condition of a county or industry.
The scheduled milestone is supported by current evidence and the next dependency is in hand.
A barrier threatens the schedule; the report identifies who can resolve it and when.
Delivery cannot proceed on the current path; partners decide whether to redesign, resource, or defer the action.
The promised output is documented. Its outcome remains open until benefit can be verified.

Count distinct firms, participants, homes, and projects once. Separate applications from awards, awards from spending, and pipeline proposals from operational results. Where records are unavailable, publish “not reported” with the missing source and follow-up owner rather than a zero.
